How much does live event production cost?
It depends on the size of the event, how many days you need crew on-site, and how much equipment and setup are involved. We design each event around your space, schedule, and budget rather than a one-size package, and provide a firm quote after an initial consultation.
Do you provide crew to run the show, or just the equipment?
Both. We provide experienced crew to operate audio, video, lighting, and livestream for your event, in addition to supplying and setting up the equipment itself.
How far in advance should we book event production?
As early as possible, especially for larger events or peak season dates. We can often accommodate shorter timelines, but early booking gives us more room to plan crew, equipment, and load-in schedules around your event.
What areas does Fusion AV serve?
Our primary service area is the Quad Cities metro, including Bettendorf, Moline, Rock Island, East Moline, and Silvis. We also work with clients throughout Iowa, including Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Waterloo, and Dubuque, and take on select projects into Illinois around Peoria and Springfield.
